Processing
- Orders are processed on working days: Monday-Friday.
- All orders placed before 2pm are processed the same day.
- We do not process orders on UK public bank holidays.
- During busy periods, orders may result in longer processing times, but we will do our absolute best to process your order same day.
Delivery
All orders placed on our website are currently shipped out with Evri. Once your order has been processed and sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking link inside so you can track your parcel.

- Evri Standard Shipping (2-4 working days) | Orders up to £75: £4.99.
- Evri Standard Shipping (2-4 working days) | Orders over £75: Free.
EUROPE:
- Evri EU Shipping (5-7 working days) | Orders £0.00 - £24.99: £15.00.
- Evri EU Shipping (5-7 working days) | Orders £25.00 - £34.99: £22.00.
- Evri EU Shipping (5-7 working days) | Orders over £35: £30.00.
REST OF THE WORLD:
- Evri ROW Shipping (7-10 working days) | Orders £0.00 - £24.99: £25.00.
- Evri ROW Shipping (7-10 working days) | Orders £25.00 - £34.99: £28.00.
- Evri ROW Shipping (7-10 working days) | Orders over £35: £35.00.
Please note: delivery times are estimations, not guarantees. We can not refund you for any delivery costs if your delivery does not meet this guidelines.
IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATINAL ORDERS
Depending on the value/weight of your parcel, your order may be subject to import/customs fees. It is your responsibility to check if the item you want to order is eligable for any custom/import fees before you place an order.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and we can not be held responsible for these fees and it is up to pay these charges if they are incurred.
If your order doesn't reach you within these timescales, you must contact us: hello@ohsob.com within 7-days of the estimated delivery time, so that we can contact the courier for further infiormation. We can not look into lost parcels anytime after this timeframe.
