Returns Policy
If an order has been damaged in transit, is faulty, missing products or you have received the wrong products in error, please contact us at hello@ohsob.com within 14 days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin the process to start dispatching your order to you immediately. This means that once you have clicked to place your order, you cannot cancel, make changes or add any extra items.
If you change your mind you can still cancel AFTER your order has been sent or after receiving the goods the following policy applies:
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 14 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned to us unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Oh So B. We will not accept any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us, even if the products were sent to you in error. Sale items & Candles are non returnable.
You must contact us by email (hello@OhSoB.com) to confirm which items are being returned. Postage is at the returners expense and we advise you send via a tracked or signed for method. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent using a non traceable method. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 working days. The refund will be for the goods minus delivery costs and any transaction fees.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective due to manufacturing error.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, Personalised products & Candles.
Only regular priced items may be returned for refunds, unfortunately sale / discounted items cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Address

Failed Deliveries
If an attempt to deliver goods fails through no fault of Oh So B or the couriers we use (you are not in or have entered the wrong address, not collected from the designated point etc.) and you order is subsequently returned to us, we will not refund for shipping and also, the cost incurred to us for the courier returning the goods will be deducted from any refunds. If you still wish to receive the goods a new order will have to be placed and postage repaid.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 10 working days for your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund after this time, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed by them.
