Oh So B Organiser - Wellness Gratitude & Journal inserts

Wellness Gratitude & Journal Inserts – A little time for you, because you can't pour from an empty cup.

At Oh So B, we believe planning your days matters, but so does taking the time to check in with yourself and notice how you're really feeling along the way. Because feeling organised isn't just about getting things done, it's about making space for yourself too.

Our Wellness Gratitude & Journal inserts are designed to bring a little more balance, mindfulness and self-care into your everyday life. From reflecting on your emotions and practising gratitude to taking a moment to recognise how your week has really felt, it's a gentle reminder to slow down and check in with yourself.

With 26 Wellness Planning sheets included in each pack, giving you six months of weekly wellbeing check-ins and journaling, there's plenty of space to reflect, write freely and make your wellbeing a little more of a priority.

You'll also find our Oh So Self Care page, filled with simple reminders and ideas to help you make a little more time for yourself. Whether that's getting outside, reading a book, spending time with someone you love or simply doing absolutely nothing for a little while.

There's no pressure and no perfect routine to follow. Use it every week, dip into it when you need it and make it completely your own.

Designed to fit perfectly inside your Oh So B Organiser, these inserts can be mixed and matched with others from our collection to create a planner that works beautifully for you, your wellbeing and your lifestyle.

Because life can be busy. Looking after yourself deserves a place in the plan too.

Your plans. Your pace. Your Oh So B.
